Communications via WiFi to PC or iPad.

WIFI Option for PS4500, PS3500, and PS2500 (Model: WIFI)

PowerSight meters with wireless communications are available with Buetooth-only communications as standard. The WIFI option is required to communicate to the iPad via PSM-i software for the iPad, as well as any wifi-enabled PC using PSM or PSM-A software. The WIFI option provides the ability to select Bluetooth OR Wifi communications.

WIFIUPG Ugrade Option (Model: WIFIUPG)

For existing owners of Bluetooth-only PowerSight meters we offer an upgrade option to provide both Bluetooth and Wifi communications. Upgrades are performed at the factory. Order option WIFIUPG. 

Harmonics Analysis Option for PS 250 and PS2500 (Model: HAO)

PowerSight Manager software (PSM) will perform harmonic analysis of waveforms to the 50th harmonic and present the results as either a table, including RMS amplitude and phase angle, or graphically as a bar chart. Either presentation may be printed out for reports.

Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of voltages and currents are automatically calculated and graphed for analysis in PSM. THD snapshots taken on PowerSight can be broken down into percent magnitudes (relative to the fundamental frequency) and displayed on the unit (using the “More” key). K factor measurements are displayed by PSM when viewing tabular results.
