The ALL-TEST PRO ON-LINE II™ is equivalent to the PowerSight PS4500. It comes with PowerSight Manager software for the PC for power & energy monitoring and power quality investigations as well as Electrical Signature Analysis for on-line diagnosis of electric motor reliability.

EVALUATE MOTOR PERFORMANCE - DIAGNOSE MOTOR PROBLEMS - PREVENT DOWNTIME This add on software option for the PowerSight PS4000/PS4500 power quality analyzers allows for fast evaluation of a motor without having to power the motor down. It combines the power analysis capabilities of the PowerSight meters with the powerful EMPATH software - the proven on-line motor diagnostics software originally developed by Framatome ANP - now an AREVA company. Evaluate motors without taking them off line at the motor or at motor control centers (MCC). Avoid costly down time, loss of service, time-consuming maintenance activities. Works with all types of motors. Induction, synchronous, DC, wound rotor, and induction with VFD type motors can be evaluated. Perform checks on a regular basis to track the deterioration of motor performance as a predictive maintenance strategy.
