Summit Technology Return and Cancellation Policy
Unless formal commitments have been made on behalf of the customer to Summit Technology, orders may be cancelled prior to shipment without penalty.
Upon delivery and prior to payment, at Summit Technology’s discretion, merchandise may be returned without charge. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Summit Technology will make a determination at its sole discretion as to whether the merchandise is in the same condition it was when shipped and will then make a final decision about whether to accept the returned goods without charge. Normally, the customer will reimburse Summit Technology for Summit Technology’s freight expense, and up to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the condition of the returned merchandise.
In the case of pre-paid check, wire, and credit card purchases, at Summit Technology’s discretion, merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Summit Technology will make a determination at its sole discretion as to whether the merchandise is in the same condition it was when shipped and will then make a decision about how much credit, if any, to grant. Normally, the customer will reimburse Summit Technology for Summit Technology’s freight expense, and up to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the condition of the returned merchandise.
After receipt and payment, material cannot be returned for credit without prior conditional approval by Summit Technology. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Summit Technology will make a determination at its sole discretion as to what condition the merchandise is in compared to when it was shipped and will then make a decision about how much credit, if any, to grant. Normally, the customer will reimburse Summit Technology for Summit Technology’s freight expense, and up to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the condition of the returned merchandise.
RMA Number and Form will be required for products to be returned to Summit Technology.
